The property is in a very good location and has brilliant facilities - the pool is lovely, the rooftop bar is perfect and the restaurant was top quality. The rooms are very comfortable and have an outside jacuzzi which was a nice touch. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall I recommend!

The breakfast was delicious, authentic Vietnamese food! Fruits were fresh, every day different. The staff was so kind and ready to help.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always had a smile. There was an afternoon tea and snacks free to guests and very good with lots of choices. The hotel perfectly located as everything is within walking distance. A nice roof top dip pool with a bar. Paul the barman made some of the best cocktails, they were all superb.

Silverland Ben Thank was the best hotel we stayed in whilst enjoying Ho Chi Minh City. All staff without exception were kind and helpful and went the extra mile to make us feel at home and comfortable. Checking in was easy. We were welcomed with a tray of tea whilst Hannah told us about the hotel. Once all the formalities had been done Hannah showed us to our room and invited us to afternoon tea in the dining room which was served every day for hotel guests. It was delightful. A good variety of tasty snacks, sandwiches, fruit and copious amounts of tea or coffee. We met the dining room manager My and also Jennifer Lam the Operations Manager. They were as delightful and helpful as Hannah and all their colleagues who, without exception were excellent. Our accommodation was in a Square Suite which was brilliant. Adequate room, a lovely view and a shower to die for. I have never experienced such a good shower and really did appreciate it. Breakfast was served in the rooftop dining room and was good. There was ample choice; the service was professional and again the young people who served us were professional. The hotel itself is in a good position with a beautiful park nearby. The market is across the road and the walk to the Hop on Hop Off bus near the theatre is manageable even in the heat. Our stay was so memorable that we would most definitely want to stay at Silverland Ben Thank should we again visit Ho Chi Minh City.
