Breakfast was great and so was the customer service.

Hotel room is wonderful with tidy rooms & toilet. Breakfast buffet too is amazing with many variety. As well staff are all of them friendly, special thanks to (Phan Thanh Hoai (Hannah) for her support & services.

The staff at the hotel are amazing—very kind and always willing to assist. The breakfast is diverse, and there is also an afternoon tea. The rooms were quiet and clean. The hotel's location is away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, which we liked, yet it still feels close to everything. I would choose this hotel again.

The staff at this place made the trip. The food was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable, but the staff truly made this experience. They were so attentive and ready to help, namely Grace who checked us in and out. She had such a good attitude and was always ready to help. We never had to worry about any planning or booking because they pretty much had us covered even for last minute requests, so this stay was honestly perfect. However, one thing I’d like to point out as a comment to the general management is to allow the employees to use their real names. I know it’s a consideration about how difficult it is to pronounce Vietnamese names but I think if people are traveling to a new country there’s a responsibility foreigners have to atleast attempt to pronounce words and names as best as they can and not be given a proxy English name to make things easier. I say this because the staff was so great that I wish I knew their real names. Please consider letting them use name tags with their real names.

Fantastic location- close to all the sights and eats in the Old Quarter plus we kept having to go back to the room to fetch stuff we forgot so added bonus, good breakfast options and helpful staff made our first few nights in Vietnam smooth

We stayed there for 5 nights. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Lisa. She looked after us very well from the beginning to the end of our journey and arranged very memorable itinerary trip for us. Breakfast was superb.The hotel is clean, comfortable bed and specious and handy to everywhere. They also offer money exchange with good rate. The SPA was very relaxing. We highly recommend this hotel. We definitely will be back.
