A very warm welcome at the reception by Sam. Breakfast service by Antoinette. I also liked the password code for the reception; it brings a safe space not only to the guests also to the workers as no passby people can get access. The greenery environment in the yard was an exceptional bonus as I like nature despite my sinus allergies. The Guest house is situated at the right place with access to almost all the needs (Mimosa Mall, Toyota Stadium, Medi Clinic), you van name them all.

Very friendly host made me settle well in my room and my unbooked friends book instantly after seeing what my room ( House) was like, very exceptional location near Mimosa mall, Rose garden, waterfront, Stadium, Mediclinic. Our friends vow to return back once they visit Bloem. I would definitely recommend for friends, family etc. 5 out 5

Safe, comfortable and clean guest house, walking distance to Grey College where my son had his interschools. Location is also perfect if you want to do last minute shopping at Mimosa mall. I arrived earlier than the check in time and the host Madelaine was very friendly and accommodating.
