The rooms are beautifully furnished with quality furniture and linen. It has a boutique hotel feel and deserves five stars. The breakfast was amazing too. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again!

It was a lovely hotel. The staff were amazing The first night I noticed my sheets were damp. I started to cough and was very cold all night. The next day I noticed my sheets were changed and when I sat on the bed my back became soaking wet. I noticed the sheets had been changed and were so wet I could wring the water out. My whole bed was wet. I called the housekeeper and they apologised and changed my sheets they gave me dry ones. We always stay at this beautiful hotel. And my family always stay here. We love the spa and casino. Because I was there only two nights and became very sick from the wet sheets. I won’t ever stay there again. It was embarrassing to complain but I could not sleep in soaking wet sheets. The chamber maid apologised to me. But I ask myself. Why did she put wet sheets on my bed first the second night in a row. Very disappointing.

While the rooms are quite small, the beds are nice and comfortable, and the shower is really good! In terms of location, it's in a big casino resort, where there is a really extensive selection of restaurants and places for entertainment, without even leaving the area. The rest of the city around is kind of hit and miss, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

During the 8 nights I spent at this hotel I only had excellent service from door man, to cleaner, to server, to reception and to management... everyone was so helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Brian who made my dining experience memorable! What an amazing waiter, thank you. Breakfast spread was always fresh and so much to chose from. Dinner choices are great. Just a few minutes from Monte Casino and Pineslopes shopping centre.
