What a lovely Lodge, such a gorgeous setting and the Lodge itself is so beautiful. We loved our rooms, a comfortable couch and everything is so well laid out. I am an ambulant wheelchair user and appreciated that the light switches were suitably placed and there was a ramp. There is a hot tub! I mean that alone was anmazing and I could get in and out due to its placement. Just lying there enjoying the mountains and the house martins swooping in the sky was worth it. The free body wash, shampoo and conditioner as well as some tea and coffee also added to the welcome we felt. The housecoats were useful to keep the floor dry after going between the shower and hot tub too. We were grateful we could bring our dog as well.

Everything about the property was perfect. The location is quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable. The view was stunning. And the sauna was lovely. A pro tip, there is a hike of 20-30 minutes up the mountain nearby. This is the best view of Loch Lomond.

A must stay for couples. Absolutely perfect. Beautifully built, lovely decor, and the garden is just amazing. Fiona was more than accommodating, very helpful with restaurant recommendations and places to go walks. It was my fiancée’s 40th and she had the balloons and bubbly there for her arriving. Also, the place was absolutely spotless. A fantastic stay away and highly recommended.

I was upgrade from bunks to a king bed and it was truly needed after the walk I had done. The overall customer service was amazing. Euan couldn’t have been more helpful, he even offered to have dinner waiting for me as he know I would miss the pub kitchen closing time. The room was a perfect size and very clean and tidy. The shower was most needed and good size for me to wash away the days walking. All in all a very pleasant place to stay.

The area was perfect, peaceful but just a short drive away to activities and once finished activities for the day, coming back to the Lodge to a lovely relaxing hot tub or sitting on the porch with a cuppa.

In a secluded spot between a village and town, private gated lodges each with a hot tub with screening for privacy, beautiful views and grounds, it really was the ideal location for our honeymoon.

Stunning lodges in a stunning setting. Everything you need for a relaxing break or soothing aching legs after a walk in the hills. Hosts could not be more welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend and would love to go back
