The room was awesome. Bathroom outdoor was really nice. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to spend time in Sigiriya and the temple caves. You can also relax on the pool and the food at the hotel was really good, breakfast was super. The personnel working at the hotel were really kind and helpful.

This place was an absolute experience! The views were seriously breathtaking and most of all if you are looking to relax, connect with nature and have the best time disconnecting this is the ideal place. The food served was really delicious as well. Would recommend this 100% to anyone travelling solo or with a family.

We stayed 2 nights at the Sigiri art home. It is a lovely place hidden in the jungle. From the comfortable furniture at the patio, you can enjoy the sights of the beautiful garden. When we arrived we were welcomed very kindly. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The AC functioned perfectly. In the morning we got a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. The host and his wife are kindhearted and want to make sure your stay is up to your wishes. When we ran out of gas with our rented tuk tuk, the host even brought us to a gas station to get a bottle of fuel. He was truly a lifesaver.

A tree house has wide open windows which can be kept wide open (mosquito nets over the beds, not many mosquitos though). During the day, it is possible to encounter birds or squirrels; at night, to see fireflies. So, the experience translates into living and sleeping in the canopy. The green forest-like scenery is the greatest but not the only value of the place. Other benefits of the place are: - the location is conveniently very close to the main attractions: Dambulla cave temple, Sigiriya, Minneriya National Park and Pidurangala Rock - the safari jeep hire (with the driver) to conveniently visit the Minneriya park Probably naturally to Sri Lankans, the hosts are very kind and caring and love good humour. Best place to stay if you’re wanting to be near Roy’s Villa with a pool + family dinner! So affordable and the owner is lovely, brought us coffee at 5am before our early check out. Great shower pressure and newly built rooms, good AC - couldn’t recommend it more. Best place to stay in Sigiriya for sure!
