This place was an absolute experience! The views were seriously breathtaking and most of all if you are looking to relax, connect with nature and have the best time disconnecting this is the ideal place. The food served was really delicious as well. Would recommend this 100% to anyone travelling solo or with a family.

It was a magical experience to stay at Dambulla tree house.The owners were very welcoming and the food on offer was totally delicious, friendly, helpful staff with a good explanation for every dish they served. If you love to cook authentic foods they arrange it in their farm hut, it's an awesome experience to know how they prepare local foods.. I loved the rustic architecture of the treehouse accommodation and the beautiful green surroundings . The bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep. I saw and heard many beautiful birds and other native wildlife, such as squirrels, jungle fowls, mongoose, land monitors and more fire flies during the night. It was a great place to relax and also a good base to visit the many sites of the cultural triangle, Dambulla, Sigiriya, Pindurangala.. They have well organized jeep safari service to watch wild elephants..

Our stay at the Green Garden Hotel was truly pleasant. The owner was extremely kind. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The rooms were immaculate, beautiful, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. A truly relaxing place with gorgeous peacocks strolling around the patio. I highly recommend it, a true gem.

I had a very good time staying at Machcha. Kamal is a great host. :) The bungalow has two rooms with terrace in a beautiful garden. You can hear and see the birds and lay down in a hammock under the trees. The owner makes breakfast with love (fresh fruits, tea, avocado with toast/Roti, smoothie, egg). The location is perfect for exploring Sigiriya Lion Rock or have a day trip to Polonnaruwa. The nature is very nice. ;) Your host can help you with information about tours and what to explore around. It's also easy to connect with other travellers in the hostels around. The rooms are big, clean and very nice. With a big bed and A/C. Probably one of the best place that I stayed since I arrived to Sri Lanka, Calm and serenity down here, a beautiful garden with a lot of trees, flowers and shade, and a lovely family taking care of you at any time. I WARMLY recommend this place, you’ll remember 👌🙏🏼
