Very much in the heart of nature. A spacious room. The breakfast was good and substantial. Sadeepa, the hosts' son, helped me a lot. He advised on the walks up both Pidurangala and Sigiriya Rocks. As he had a tuk tuk it was easy to get to each of the Rocks to do a sunrise walk. He kindly came early in the morning to pick me up and charged a fair rate. Sadeepa also helped me to get my laundry done and was a great help, which made my stay very easy and pleasant.

Whether it's arranging tuk-tuk rides into town or helping organize unforgettable experiences like an elephant safari, Asela is always eager to help. The lodge itself is peaceful and surrounded by nature, and one of the highlights of our stay was spotting a wild elephant roaming the back garden one evening—a truly magical experience! We stayed for three nights, and every day felt like a new adventure. The hospitality, the natural beauty, and the personal touch from Asela and his family made this a standout stay. The team really do above and beyond to really make your stay fabulous and packed with a range of activities. We enjoyed a super meal on the first night, followed by morning safari, a 80 minute full body massage at spa nearby and a walk up Pidurangala rock at sunset. They have their own tuk tuk so lifts to/ from places was easy.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! Everything was just perfect from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and the owner went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. The owner’s family was also incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, which made us feel completely at home. The place itself was fantastic, spotless, and well taken care of. It was really clean,the bed was comfortable.just a realy good host! Felt like having a second mom. She was waiting till late evening,knowing i come back. Even in the early morning (sun shine) she woke up with me and waited till i got picked up 🙂 I got a breakfast to go in the morning l left just.they entertained us at the nearby hut.it was our best stay in srilanka 🙏 thank you
