We had a wonderful stay and felt truly welcomed by the lovely family at Hazeloft. The breakfast was delicious, and the home-cooked dinners were absolutely amazing, full of local flavors and made with care. Such a peaceful place with genuine hospitality; we would definitely love to come back!

Great location to silent beach and another nice beach close by. Nice to have cooking facilities. Clean and good facilities. Caretaker was very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of good advice as to where to go.

One of the best stay in sri lanka for me! The owner was so kind:). Even made me great jam! Love it. She is really good chef, i definitely recommend some of her food. Apartment is in quiet location, perfect for relax! Room has enough spaces, for elecricity you will need converter if you have EU adapters.

Ajantha's place is a truly special find. He has only just reopened, hence the lack of reviews showing online. But it really is an amazing place to stay. There is only one chalet, which is very private and spacious. The chalet is surrounded by a tropical garden and has Aloe Vera Garden Restaurant next to it. The restaurant serves delicious food - I recommend the chicken soup (freshly made for each order with lots of veggies). The staff there are friendly, too. The chalet includes a double bed plus a large singled bed. Both of which have mosquito nets all around them. There is also a private terrace to chill out on. I loved the little details, like the pretty shapes made in the bedsheets and welcoming us with a coconut when we arrived! The place was very clean and we had fresh towels and sheets. Ajantha was there for us if we needed anything (like picking up big 5 litre water bottles from the shop) while also giving us our privacy.

With river views, Hideaway Lodge is located in Tangalle and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace.

Beautifull location, luxurious rooms with view over the lagoon but also very stylish wooden terrace for breakfast, overlooking the lagoon. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, The beach only a 5 minutes walk with a great loungebar.

Really great value for money, close to beach and restaurants but feeling secluded by jungle. They also serve their own food by request, which i recommend! :)

Our three days at fishermen’s lodge were super special, we felt so welcome and included in their family. The food in the restaurant was really amazing, the host is a great cook, we loved especially her rice and curry and the grilled fish. The traditional breakfast was also really good! The room was really simple, but still very clean and the host was always ready to help us in any way. You just walk a few steps to the beautiful beach which is nearly empty! In the morning the host took us fishing one time, which was the most special and fun experience! Overall we really recommend coming here for an authentic and local experience with extraordinary people! Thank you for everything! We might come back one time :)

Great place . Top of the mountain .just walking distance from the beach (200m). My wife was doing yoga at the garden .it was really comfortable place . Private parking , Garden ,private bathroom and kitchen . Highly recommended 🥰🩵
