The room had a view that one could only dream of. It’s such a peaceful place - the lodge was perched high up on the hills and really close to the Sarangkot viewpoint where one can see the Machhapuchhare peak. I was very well-fed by Suraksha and her family who prepared wonderful meals for me. There are also many locals who live there who are really such good fun to chat with that as a solo traveler I never felt lonely there. Most importantly, I was really glad to have a clean and comfortable room + bathroom and just chill at the balcony outside the room. On a cloudy day one can have a “unkai” experience - sea of clouds over the hills. It’s just really relaxing to see the fast-moving clouds and ever changing mountain landscape.

This place is wonderful. Very close to the city center and at the same time quite and lovely area. Beautiful green garden, peaceful place. Host family is welcoming and very kind and supportive. Definitely recommend this place if you love nature and quite vibes :)

Hotel Mountain View was my best stay in Nepal. The family running it were extremely helpful and accommodating – they helped me plan my trek, book tickets and more. The guesthouse itself is very comfortable and cozy; it feels like home. There is a lovely little garden. The rooms are clean and bright, and the hot showers were perfect in preparation for and after trekking. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

it was my second time in Pokhara, Nepal. I love Nanohana so much! staff is amazing, guys can organize everything! the vicinity is perfect, beautiful garden, so close to the lake, restaurants and stores. hot water available 24/7, good wifi. I will come back for sure!
