The view from the lake is wonderful! The staff is so helpful! The room is comfortable! Everything was perfect! I had a problem with the heater on my room and the staff was very helpful!

The room had a fresh, clean design. The details such as the night light in the bathroom and soap and shampoo dispensers were so appreciated. The location was awesome. So nearby main attractions and directly next to the lake.

great location. very clean. great water pressure. The lady who does the cleaning was very helpful, on the questions I had, when office was closed. Does a good job cleaning the room. Owner checked me in. Felt comfortable as soon as I arrived. Look forward to staying here again.

I absolutely loved this litle property. We ended up in a HUGE room with a wonderful fireplace. Very romantic. Not far from Arrowhead and other mountain spots. The grounds were nice, and we even built a snowman on the property.

The room has several amenities I do not find common in other hotels which was a nice touch (i.e. cotton swabs & balls, makeup remover, coffee) the location is also great with most local attractions within 10-15 minutes away.

The location is great. The cabin is fab, has everything you need! The fire is a great addition! Communication with Tanya was very good and any questions I had were promptly answered! Would recommend a stay here!

    The location, the view, the room was much bigger than we thought. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you'd need to prepare a meal and sit down to eat. I loved our private balcony overlooking the lake. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Definitely will be visiting again soon! Thank you, Logonita Lodge!

    This was our first time at Big Bear, and we didn’t know what to expect. We really enjoyed our stay at Lagonita Lodge, everything was great. Place was clean, great location, free parking and not to far from stores and places to eat. We will definitely be returning and staying here again.

    Snow Lake Lodge is only a mile away from Big Bear Village, making getting around the main town center very easy and convenient. But I was most impressed with the actual suite. It was very well kept — in fact, it was one of the best places I have ever stayed during a trip. It was extremely spacious, provided every in-room amenity imaginable, very clean, excellent parking, and a friendly, welcoming staff. I will definitely be returning four my next trip to Big Bear!
