The location and views were incredible. The guided walk through the rice fields was amazing and a highlight of our whole Vietnam trip, and we enjoyed walking around the local area by ourselves too. Ki and his family were very welcoming, friendly and warm hosts and we really enjoyed learning more about Hmong people and their history. The food was delicious- dinner was generous and varied each night. We would recommend to friends and will visit again if back in Vietnam

This is a magic place! The bungalows are in such good skape, the beds are so comfortable, the bathroom is so spacious! The mountain view was sooo beautiful, and at night there was a bunch of fireflies flying around. One night there was a thunderstorm and it was so cool to sit inside the bungalow and Watch through the window. They also have bicycles which guests can rent for free, which was perfect to explore the area with.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Special mention to our hosts who took care of us so well! I still remember we reached Tam Coc on a day when it was very cold and I was almost freezing after a 3 hour bike ride from Hanoi. The moment we reached there our host was ready with hot tea, fruits and cake to welcome us. All through our stay we were fed so well. I absolutely love how they have a little surprise on the breakfast table in the form of a local dish every morning. They also have free bicycles for rent which you can take and roam around.

I will start with this information as I needed a little time to understand it myself. In the region most places are all rated over 9 and so it is difficult to decide. They have very similar standards. They are homestays and are simple. So grading 10 means for this place that is meant to be simple I found no faults ;). Also for the homestays where you actually see the family life, then it just feels nice. So the place is well located if you want to be inside the town. There are other beautiful places along the river though. Rooms are big and clean. Service is as if you are a family guest so very nice. They are clear and flexible. They help with additional services if needed (laundry, taxi, bicycle). We did not use the pool but it looks fine.

    Great experience. Nice rooms and friendly and supoortive staff. Very well situated: isolated from the city mess (middle of a rice field) and close to Trang An and Mua - one can easily access them by bike (offered at the lodge for free) or motorbike (rental available at rthe hotel).
