Lodges in Phong Nha

We had a goodtime. Huy even asked us if we wanted vegetarian food for breakfast. He has his own farm and the ingridients are from there. The town is a few kilometres away but there is nothing to see anyway. For us it was a perfect stay and you get a lot for the price you pay. Thank you Huy!

Amazing location with excellent views to their own rice fields, just a couple of minutes away by motorbike from Phong Nha city center. They even offer you scooter renting. Fantastic opportunity to live Phong Nha from a local perspective with a very friendly family

We had a mountain and river facing room, which was extremely quiet and had an unparalleled view. The breakfast was hearty and tasty. Even when we had to leave at 7 am for a cave tour, Long and Lan made sure we have breakfast. They took care of everything for us - local recommendations, tours, buses, and anything else we needed. Our shoes broke so they got us super glue from the market! They made sure laundry was timely and well-done at a reasonable price. The cycles were free and in really good condition as well. We loved it so much here, we extended our stay by 2 nights. On our last night, they graciously invited us to their family dinner - this was the most homely experience for us in Vietnam! Highly recommend!

We spent a few nights are sunshine homestay with Van and her family. We were picked up from the center as the homestay was a little bit far and she welcomed us with fresh water and a warm smile. Van bent over backwards the whole stay for us to have a wonderful stay at her hotel - she arranged transport, tours, breakfast, motorbike rental for a super fair price. The room we had offered the nicest view on the mountain and was very clean. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was clean too. Van allowed us to check out much much later than usual as we were heading north on a night bus and no one had booked the room and let us use the motorbike longer too. She dropped us back to the city center and was a great help when the bus company mixed up our booking. We 100% recommend her and her sweet family for a Phong Nha.
