The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. As a special touch for our honeymoon, they even upgraded us to an ocean-facing room which made our stay even more memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The view from the room was simply spectacular, and we could spend hours simply gazing out at the ocean and the surrounding landscape. The peace and tranquility of the surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The bar at The Fernery was beautifully designed, and the fireplace provided the perfect setting for a cozy evening. The ambiance of the bar was warm and inviting, and we loved spending time there. One of the things we loved most about The Fernery was the sense of seclusion and privacy. Despite being located in the national park, it felt like a world away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The natural beauty of the surroundings provided a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere that we will never forget. As soon as I arrived, I was struck by the beauty of the place and then positively amazed by the friendliness and politeness of the staff and owners! .. they requested a transfer for me to Tsitsikamma, and they were super helpful!!! The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and you can see the care taken in every detail! The rooms, the bathroom, the garden and the breakfast area are impeccable!!!!

Perfect location, nice quiet place but also a fun karaoke night. Most important the people are absolutely lovely! And btw please ask Simba to sing a song for you. He’s a fantastic singer too!
