Our room was very clean and comfortable - I loved the bed. We wish we stayed longer! But we stopped here just one night to break up a long drive. Seems like an amazing place to stay during the ski season. Check-in/check-out were easy.

Kindly note that the main lodge is not pet-friendly due to the built. Only the chalet that is located just across the main lodge is pet friendly. The Alpine Meadows Lodge is a lovely hotel in Golden. Its position is perfect for exploring most of the national parks of the Canadian Rockies, as Golden is located between the Glacier and Yoho National Parks, and it is still not far from Banff and Jasper National Parks. The hotel is built in a traditional mountain style, it is clean and very nicely made and furnished. Medha, the owner and manager, as well as the staff are superfriendly, kind, and very attentive :) There is always access to the room where you can have tea and coffee at any time of the day. It is strongly recommended as base to explore this beautiful area of Canada.
