I was pleasantly surprised to see that a Coast Hotel moved into the old Travelodge location. Being a new hotel, it was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable, the room TVs are nice and big, the AC was ice cold and the showers were awesome. The guy at the front desk was extremely kind and very nice. He told me the hotel only opened a few days ago and apologized that the pool wasn’t ready yet.

The lodges are incredibly warm and comfortable! The breakfasts and crab dinner never disappoint. The beaches and views are a dream!

Great spacious lodge. Although it’s on a main road the lodges are set back enough you can’t hear the cars. The views onto the ocean are incredible - we even saw a pod of orcas going past a couple of times! Great little spot and good location to Campbell River and Comox.
