The host of this place Otto is a very energetic, hospitable and generous person. He tries not just meet your expectations, but exceed them, that’s why we felt like very welcomed guests. Otto picked us up from the train station, drove to supermarket in Visp, and he also offered to drive us to nice cosy restaurant in mountains but we decided not to go and relax in lodge. We had everything - fridge full with food, Lindt chocolates and drinks, 2 big TVs with Netflix, nice terrace, great sound system, comfortable bed and as a present to bring home - bottle of champaign. It was great stay and we hope to return again! Thank you, Otto!

This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Zermatt, within 500 metres of Zermatt Train Station and all cable cars. The Weisshorn’s restaurant serves Swiss cuisine and Valais specialities. Comfortable, clean, and hot drinking water provided to make tea/coffee. Not too far from the train station. Nice viewing point of the Matterhorn just in front of the hotel.

We had a lot of common space, everyone had their own room. The self-check-in was smooth, went as described. The hosts were friendly and gave enough information about everything. Highly recommend this place if you're in Bellwald.

The room was the best room of all the 3 hotels I stayed at in Switzerland and I set myself a maximum budget of 90 CHF for a single room. It had its own toilet amd shower.
