The wine fridge was stocked up and had champagne, prosecco, red and white wine. We didn't have to leave the place to go and buy food which saved us a lot of money! I am pescatarian and he provided salmon and fish fillet! There was veg and non veg food stocked up. He has a lot of seasoning too! It is a 15 min walk from Stalden-Saas station, however if Otto is around he will pick you up or drop you off. We came here as we wanted to do a pre-wed photo shoot. The owner has lots of connections including having a helipad on his property. So we did a Zermatt helicopter tour for 1,000 CHF. I would definitely come back with just me and my partner to relax as we were so busy with out photoshoot.

This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Zermatt, within 500 metres of Zermatt Train Station and all cable cars. The Weisshorn’s restaurant serves Swiss cuisine and Valais specialities. Almost everything was exceeded my expectations given that this is budget hotel, the view from my room's balcony was pretty awesome and the staff was very friendly! the only thing that can be improved is the sound insulation of the room, one night i heard people moving things at outside and hence affected my sleep. anw that was intermittent and overall i was very happy with the stay!

I loved the lodge is right up in the mountains, actually it's the same building of Fiescheralp cable car station. Christian was very helpful and in general, the staff was very nice!

Hotel Europe is located in the village Zinal, amongst the Swiss Alps and 400 metres from the cable car. Set on 1675 metres above sea level, this hotel offers a hot tub and rooms with a balcony. We stayed for one night during our long multi day hike. Everything was excellent - comfortable room and very helpfull stuff. The resturant was also great.

Situated in the peaceful village of Grimentz amid the Wallis Alps, only 30 metres from the ski pistes and opposite the Grimentz - Zinal Cable Car, the Hotel Alpina features charming mountain-style... Unbeatable location if you are a skiier. As close to a ski in/out hotel one can choose. Assuming the snow conditions are good, you can literally ski to the foot/entrance of the hotel where the ski lockers are located. The ski lockers were also warm and well organized with plenty of storage for the gear and quick/easy access to the rooms. Restaurant and the staff were amazing. Parking availability was also appreciated. Though in busy periods you may be parked in and will have to wait a while to get your car out.
