An American breakfast is available at the lodge. Everything was above and beyond expectations, to start Nadira and Pablo, who are the owner of the place, are a extremely nice and friendly people. It was really a huge highlight to meet them, they run a very detail oriented operation, in a fantástica location and with great accommodations. The rooms were superb and the food delicious and very gourmet.

A balcony with river views is offered in each unit. Fabulous location in a comfy lodge with a great host who makes you feel right at home. Easy place to relax right next to the river. Very near puerto cisnes which is a fabulous little coast town.

The food was not exceptional but well prepared. The Lodge itself is well designed in the farmhouse country-side kind of style, huge windows, nice furniture, and it feels like a private retreat rather than a hotel. The manager was exceptional- he was at 5 different places at the same time, finding time to greet all guests, offer meals and services and attention.

A children's playground is available for guests at the lodge to use. Nothing. The host was mean and hostile from the moment we got there. The first and only bad experience I had on our trip. Stay away from this place and save yourself the trouble.
