We absolutely loved our time at Maria Hau Cabanas, the room was perfect and in such an amazing location, right by the sea and close to town. Maria’s son greeted us at the airport and made sure we were looked after our whole trip, thank you for such an amazing time. Cannot recommend enough!

The rooms are big, very clean and comfortable . Good hot water, fully equipped kitchen and the wifi signal is weak but it works (outside the room works perfect, in the room works fine). Location is the best: walking distance from the city, you are in front of the beach and Ahu Tahai moais, best spot for sunset in the whole island. And the best of this place: Viky and Marcelo, the owners and hats down the best hosts and the best guides to get to know the island. They pick you up from the airport, and they take you as well at the end of the trip. We will never forget the secret places Marcelo discovered for us, and how kind and attentive they were with my mother. They truly welcome you in the island, this has been a one life time adventure.

Having an outdoor verandah area was great - the garden will be lovely as it grows. Property is a very short walk from the airport - you won’t need a taxi. It is a nice 15 minute walk through the local residential streets to the restaurants and shops down town and on the waterfront.

Excellent service from Patricia, lovely family business. Very warm welcome and very responsive to all inquiries. Included pickup and drop off to the airport, helped us arrange all our tours, sent information about the trip ahead of time. Location was excellent, right off the Main Street and the beach/banks/car rentals. The cabins were clean, comfortable and included everything for a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Se oferă la locație parcare privată. it’s in a garden near the airport ( but only 3-4 flights a week) and a 15-20 minute walk downtown the folks that run it are sweethearts they have rental cars so you don’t even have to leave the property for that…. and their jeeps are as cheap or cheaper than the places in town….
