Boasting an outdoor pool and a hot tub, La Finca Lodge is located in Fortuna, 35 km from La Fortuna Waterfall. Complimentary WiFi is available. Very quiet and incredibly beautiful place. The hotel territory is a huge garden with paved paths and only 11 bungalow rooms. Everything is very clean, neat and tastefully decorated. There’s a nice restaurant opened for breakfast and dinner. During the day the hotel can organize a horseback riding or an ATV experience. A definite recommendation!

The cabins beautiful, the kitchen excellent and everyone there very nice and welcoming. We heard a lot about the place while there, so interesting. This place has so much heart. We absolutely recommend the night tour. Saw so many different species of frogs.

The grounds were amazing! Beautiful gardens, lots of colourful birds with a spectacular backdrop of the volcano.

Very private and safe cabin with stunning volcano views. The cabin is well equipped with everything you would need for meals. The benches outside are so cute and perfect to sit down and watch all the beautiful birds that come by. It was one of our favourite stays of the trip?

It's clear how much effort, love, and passion they pour into everything they do. They take the time to genuinely connect with their guests and go above and beyond to cater to individual needs. The meals are a highlight—delicious, healthy, and hearty, made with fresh ingredients sourced directly from their garden. Every bite feels homemade and thoughtfully prepared. The lodge itself is a stunning blend of a forest and a botanical garden, teeming with wildlife, especially birds. It's a nature lover's dream. I highly recommend the night tour with Jay—it’s an unforgettable experience. Nohelia is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and Costa Rica as a whole, always ready to offer helpful tips and advice. One thing to note: the lodge is accessible only with a 4WD vehicle, as the last 3 kilometers of the road are quite rough. However, the journey is absolutely worth it. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Ecolodge Cecropia. If I could, I’d rate it 200%. Nohelia and Jay are truly wonderful hosts, and they’ve created a magical place that’s not to be missed.

Offering an outdoor pool, Catarata Eco Lodge is a property located in Fortuna, Costa Rica that features stunning views of Arenal Volcano. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The property is gorgeous and the staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious! The breakfast is tasty and plentiful and the great part is that there is a bird feeder right by the dining area where the most amazing colourful birds come to eat while you are eating! I would highly recommend staying here while in Fortuna!

This eco lodge is located 1 km from the Arenal Volcano and 2 km from hot springs. It features an extensive garden, tours and outdoor activities arrangement and free Wi-Fi throughout. We stayed for 3 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The place is a little outside La Fortuna, but therefore it has its own little park with a trail to walk through the forest. Breakfast was a highlight because the restaurant had a place where they laid out fruits which attracted all the colorful birds of the forest, including the Tucan. Spectacular! Rooms were as described and seen on the pictures. Clean and comfy . We also appreciated the laundry service.
