Our host, he was great and friendly and showed us around the garden and helped us spot a couple snakes, sloth and other creatures. The garden was stunning. He also cooked us up a yummy breakfast. For me the area was great with a car, it's an hour walk from the town along the beach. A bit out the way without a car.

Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. The bungalows are comfortable and well equipped as is the common kitchen area. The grounds are beautiful and full of wildlife. Very quiet and peaceful. We liked it so much we came back for 4 more days!

Steps from the beach and a quiet road. 10 min walk to a number of restaurants and good grocery store. We had a cabin and it was wonderful and fully equipped. Great pool, quiet garden, lots of animals. Marise very responsive and offered helpful advice. We’re returning!

Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. We had a blast! Very received a very friendly welcome by the manager. The breakfast ($10 per person) was delicious and included toast, fresh juice, rice, eggs, pancake, coffee, fresh fruit, etc. This place is a gem. Thanks for having us!

The bungalow was way more than I expected! It is a beautiful jungle paradise surrounded by gorgeous flora and fauna. We were lulled (lol) to sleep every night by howler monkeys. Thankfully I have heard them before or I would have been petrified! It is an easy walk to the town of Cahuita and the national park. The 2 hammocks were great for relaxing, napping and listening to the sounds of the surrounding jungle!
