Absolutely beautiful. Our favourite stay so far. The site is phenomenal - we explored the grounds and loved the nature. The staff were amazing they went above and beyond. Cabin was beautiful and totally allowed disconnection from the world. Lovely breakfast - all fresh from the garden. We loved it.

Playa Negra Guesthouse is located in Cahuita, right in front of the beach. All units feature a seating area. Some units have a terrace and/or balcony with pool or garden views. The location is serene, beautiful, quiet and directly across from the beach. Yellow cottage was fantastic with the big covered porch. The owners Marise and Peter wonderful and so helpful with taxi, tours. It is like a nature preserve.

Situated 5 km awayfrom Cahuita in the Limon Region and 18 km from Puerto Viejo, Passion Fruit Lodge boasts an outdoor pool and views of the tropical garden. Cocles is 20 km from the property. The entire property was magnificent, lush vgetation, expertly landscaped. The vegetation also gives each unit privacy. The hosts are delightful, plaeasant, informative and always eager to answer questions and make suggestions to enhance your vacation. The dwellings and property are spotless. Because the property is in the jungle, the sounds of nature are all around. It is easy to get to the national park in Cauhita. We rented bikes as our mode of transportation but the property is best enjoyed with a vehicle. The pool is magnificent, large and surrounded by natural vegetation.

This was a little vacation to celebrate life and man, we hit jackpot!! Gianluca was a great host with super clear directions, and he helped us map potential places to visit and go eat. I forgot to take pictures, but the lodge was absolutely gorgeous, and our room had all that you needed for visiting Cahuita. Offering a year-round outdoor pool and tropical garden, La Rana De Cahuita is set 5 km away from the centre of Cahuita. Puerto Viejo is 18 km from the property. La Rana de Cahuita is a beautiful eco-lodge. The bungalows are very private and have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette, a private bathroom, and a porch with a hammock. The pool is a great place to cool off after a day of exploring, and the breakfast is delicious and includes fresh fruit from the garden, eggs, and coffee. The owners of La Rana de Cahuita are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, with various tropical plants and animals. The location is excellent, close to the beach and the Cahuita National Park.

I love this place and definitely would like to come back there! :) Owners Laksmir and Alex are super kind, friendly and helpful. It was lovely to have some little chats with them and I'm thankful for their passion to the nature so they created such beautiful garden and let me know about animals that like to visit it :). It's very well located, near to the beach and to the national park. The place was big, comfy and very clear :). I definitely recommend it.

Situated in Cahuita in the Limon region and Negra reachable within 200 metres, Casa Marcellino Lodge features accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden and free private parking. We loved it here (and even extended our stay)! Well equipped kitchen, very clean, owners are very friendly and helpful, we felt very safe. We travel with small kids and they loved it too. It is very close to playa negra, a couple of restaurants are close and about 15 min walking to the center. Walking distance (20 min) to National Park. The outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach is a plus! All in all a great place!

The owners were very generous - they even allowed us to wash clothing in their washing machine. Alberto is a great guy and makes an amazing breakfast as well. The place is amazing and located at walking distance from an idyllic beach. Best place in Cahuita.
