Oh by the way the food was also lovely. He knows what is spicy what you ask him what is spicy! Don't go without the argentina pizza and cas juice! One of our best accommodation out of 100s of countries! Pura Vida!

Everything was clean and in great condition. Beautiful view from on high of the ocean. The workout equipment was nice too since we had a lot of rain while we were there.

Cách Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary 12 km, Cabinas Costa Tropicana có hồ bơi ngoài trời, khu vườn, điều hòa, sân hiên và Wi-Fi miễn phí. Little paradise on Earth - tucans, monkeys, hummingbirds and parrots right outside cabinas' terrace. And a cat was our roommate. Plus helpful owner, village center within walking distance and clean interior. 10/10, highly recommend.

Lovely couple who made us coffee when the electricity pole fell down and we were unable to use the communal facilities. It was quiet when we were there. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would recommend car access. Very hot shower, it was excellent. Tents were well kept, clean and equipped with a fan.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Something deeper in the jungle yet close to Uvita and the coast. Just the peace and quiet and closeness to Nature I needed. And the cabin has no glass windows, just screens, so you can hear the music of the jungle very clearly. Nights were spectacular. I loved falling asleep to the symphony of the the surrounding wilderness and waking up to the sounds of roosters and howler monkeys (: The property has access to a river and mini waterfall which was very tranquil and serene. The drive to the cabin was a fun little adventure in itself and 4x4 is recommended. The hill that leads down to the cabin is ultra steep but you have the option to park atop the hill and walk down which is a short jaunt. The host, Wouter, was amazingly attentive, personable, and chill. He would always respond to my questions/ messages quickly. You could not ask for a better host. I can recommend Loft del Rio with total confidence and rate it a perfect 10. If you are looking to experience an immersive jungle experience that is also close to the coast, this is it.
