We arrived in the evening, the reception hall + restaurant has a beautiful view of montagne with fireplace. Taking a pisco sour made by Victor was real nice memory. The stuff were very professional and friendly, thanks a lot to Victor !

We had a great time at the lodge during a two-night stay. Adrien provided an abundance of information about the local culture and volcanos, and organized a day trip to Cotopaxi with a local guide. The lodge is also a fully functioning farm with pigs, llamas, goats, chickens, horses, and most endearing to us, dogs. Anouk was always waiting for us in the doorway to throw the latest piece of wood she had found. The bed we slept in was very comfortable with a heated blanket and an additional heater in the room. There was a firepit in our room that we regrettably didn't end up using, but it's there for those who enjoy fireside relaxation. Adrien prepared breakfast and dinner each day for us, all of which were filling and delicious.

Located on the foothill of Chimborazo Volcano, Chimborazo Lodge offers rooms with heating in Chimborazo Natural reserve. There is a restaurant, and free parking is provided. Riobamba is 36 km away. What an amazing experience! We loved every minute of our stay at Chimborazo. The lodge is unbelievable - it’s been build with so much thought and care. You could lose yourself in the amazing climbing memorabilia for weeks. It’s just stunning. And we loved sitting by the fire just relaxing and meeting other guests. And our room with the view of the mountain was sensational. The food was great - and we enjoyed the whole dining experience. The location was breathtaking. To be in such a remote location and to have access to Chimborazo was a wonderful experience and one we really appreciated. And to be so close to alpacas as was also a treat. So it was an incredible experience all round - made even better by the wonderful team of people working there. They were all sensational.

Set in Cotopaxi National Park, 6 km from the entrance, Chilcabamba Lodge has comfortable rooms charming with rustic-style décor. Wow! Showing up here after traveling around and staying in more budget accommodations felt like a luxury! King size bed, fireplace in the bedroom, complimentary ponchos and a designer bathroom/shower! Gorgeous architecture and landscaping with many little walks around the property to view the mountains.

Main house's antiques add to B&B charm. Stayed here on day one of two-day Cotopaxi/Quilotoa tour. My tour operator recommended this place and dropped me off and picked me up here. Very quiet, great place to stay if you are visiting Cotopaxi and not returning to Quito for the night.
