Palas de Rei
The La Cabaña complex is surrounded by pine and chestnut trees. It is located close to the end of the French route of the Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage Route, and has free Wi-Fi.
The accommodation in Alda Palas de Rei can be found spread across 3 attractive wooden cabins. All rooms have private bathrooms, as well as TV and telephone.
A warm, clean and sunny room awaited us at the end of our Camino walk. Reception was hard to locate (walk past the building, turn right and right again down concrete ramp) and as we stayed out of season there were no meals etc available. It was however a short 14minute walk to the nearest pizza bar which was good.

The best part of staying here was the other people we lodged with, but that is not unexpected in El Camino de Santiago. Everyone we’ve met has been great!
My wife and I left our home few week ago, We visited Orion that time. We got encouragement after lodge one night. We really appreciated the Orion hospitality. Thanks
The best place we stayed during the whole Camino!! We loved it! We booked a lodge with our own kitchen and bathroom for the price it was amazing! There was a little table and chairs outside to have dinner. There was even a POOL! It was more of an ice bath in March but it worked wonders for our legs. There’s a bar and restaurant on site or a little petrol station outside the site to buy supplies. It’s right on the Camino route before you reach Arzúa Definitely stay here.
Very clean extremely organised Very much like a travel lodge.
Very nice traditional countryside lodge to enjoy your stay...
Great albergo just on the camino. Had a nice vibe. Great value for both lodging and restaurant. Swimming pool was nice after a long day on the camino.
Very clean rooms beautiful walk out to balcony off room. The bathroom was shared with other lodgers on the floor but was modern and very clean
Everything! one of the best stays on the way - felt like I was in a Scottish lodge. great food, great rooms, great lounge with fire.
