The most romantic setting with exceptional facilities. I think I had the best sleep of my life listening to the water passing by. We have completely found our happy place🥰 please don’t hesitate to book this little hidden gem. We most definitely will be back.

A very friendly welcome with all the stops pulled out. A Christmas tree 🎄 awaited us outside the front door. The Barn was a stunning and very comfortable property. We noted a lot of little extras included by the owners which made our stay like being at home . The quality of the renovation, fixtures and fittings made this a 5 star 🌟 accommodation which we would certainly love to return to.

Very spacious, clean, comfy, cosy (nicely decorated), peaceful, view on the water, walking distance of pub/WHW/shop (Balmaha is not big), smooth check-in by friendly staff,... we loved it very much and wish could stayed longer.
