Beautiful hotel, our room was modern and spotless, the owners were friendly and nothing too much trouble .Breakfast was excellent as we're the evening meals, all cooked fresh to order.Couldnt find one negative, would definitely recommend Castle Lodge, its an ideal location for exploring.

The location is perfect for great 🐕 walks. A lovely walk 2 minutes from the lodge. It is quieter than other lodges as only 3 are rented out. That's what I REALLY liked about it and the owners of the lodges were soooo welcoming 😊. I will definitely go back. Excellent condition lodge which was very clean and plenty of bedding etc. Also less than 10 minute walk to 2 great eateries. The Miners Sling and Orepool Inn ❣️
