Everything - the stay was unreal such a fabulous experience. Brian and Gillian are kind, helpful and friendly they made our experience better than expected. I love the animals around the property particularly their lovely dog Bunny who made the stay even more enjoyable. The cabin is so cosy and the highlight is having a private sauna that you can heat up whenever you feel like it. I was sad to leave and wish we stayed a bit longer and for that reason will definelty be back. It’s close to shops, nice land for walks and excursions. I would recommend this place to stay to everyone it’s great for the soul and so relaxing! Thank you once again Brian, Gillian and Bunny 🧡

The Mar Huts - The Lomond Hut ligger i Drymen, 22 km fra Mugdock Country Park. Her er adgang til et boblebad. Her er en terrasse, udsigt til floden og gratis wi-fi overalt. Lodgen har fladskærms-tv. The location is perfect, even though there was another couple in the cabin beside us we had full privacy. The place is sooooo clean it was incredible. The hosts thought of every little detail to make it extra special. From the hamper to the chocolates and the robe. This is the best cabin I’ve stayed at in Scotland.

The Mar Huts - The Conic Hut ligger ca. 22 km fra Mugdock Country Park og har en terrasse, gårdhave og udsigt til floden. The hot tub with view to the river is lovely. Gordon and Michael gave us a nice basket of goodies which was a lovely touch. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchenette fully equipped, and the shower was nice and warm. We also went to Loch Lomond for a walk, as it is very close. 100% would go back and recommend to others.

Westertonhill Lodges - Private Hot Tub Hire Available ligger 26 km fra Mugdock Country Park. Overnatningsstedet har gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. Several beautiful and nearly newly built cottages await the visitor. The furniture and appliances were top notch, everything was clean and check-in and check-out were excellent and easy. It's very quiet and a short walk from Balloch through the park so you don't need to take a car or taxi if you want to go for Dinner or a drink. The caretaker was very friendly and knowledgeable.

His manner was so refined that we felt more like guests in his home rather than just visitors. The interior was clean, elegant, and gave off a cozy, homely vibe, thanks to the overall atmosphere and the care put into every aspect. The entire experience, from arrival to departure, was seamless and reflected excellent organization, high-quality service, and a genuine concern for the guest’s comfort.

Smiddy Lodge ligger i Balloch, 29 km fra Glasgow Botanic Gardens, 30 km fra University of Glasgow og 31 km fra Riverside Museum of Transport and Technology. Everything about the accommodation is perfect. The hosts provided all the extra necessaties to start a self catering stay, including washing tabs milk bread etc. Could not he happier even if it did rain all week haha it was a perfect place to stay dry and feel like you are at home, all be it a more beautiful one.
