This is a characterful wooden lodge, lovingly and thoughtfully decorated and equipped, and with a welcome pack that sets the standard for everyone else - a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, milk, eggs, bread, butter and shortbread. It’s brilliantly located for the southern half of Skye (Armadale Castle and Gardens are just 24 mins away by car) and has lovely views of the Cuillins. And it’s quiet. And the beds are really comfortable. And the bathroom looks like it was plucked out of a 5 star hotel. And it has parking for at least 2 cars. This is everything a top notch holiday let should be.

Monkstadt 1745 Restaurant with Rooms nằm ở Portree, nhìn ra khu vườn và có Wi-Fi miễn phí cùng chỗ đậu xe riêng miễn phí. This is a beautifully restored historical lodge. I specifically picked it because it was a few miles out from Uig with stunning scenery. Our room and 5 course dinner are definitely well worth the price. The bar is a very cozy area with fireplace.
