The bothie is a small wood cabin, very cosy and ours (there are 12) was very clean and well equipped. The kids loved the location in the woods, the feeling of living a bit like in the olden times with the wood stove. If you are considering renting for 4 people please be advised that the double bed is a regular size but the two extra beds are quite short and not suitable for two adults. We were fine because our kids are still short enough to fit comfortably.
