It is the beach house of my dreams. I loved the open air hut and the personal fan made sure I didn't get hot. The showers were cool and refreshing after a long day surfing in the sun. The staff were the absolute nicest ever. I asked my daughter if she'd have rather stayed at the big million dollar property in the beach front and she said "no way, the vibe and staff at Casa Austera is the best in Guatemala"

La Aurora Airport is 123 km from the property. The staff were so lovely and accommodating! The rooms were comfortable and spacious for two people and the common area hammocks were great for relaxing in. Super close to the beach and most bars/restaurants.
