The manager Ivan was super friendly, provided many recommendations, and helped procure a scooter for us within 30mins of us asking for it. The houses are well decorated, super clean and designed for a cool atmosphere even without air con. The common areas had hammocks and an amazing breakfast spot connected with a rope bridge which was perfect for a romantic breakfast. Also the property is not too far from beaches and other popular spots. Ivan and the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay amazing, and decorated our room with balloons and flowers when we told him it was our anniversary. Definitely recommend staying here!

The ambiance was fantastic—very different from what I’m used to. The cleanliness of the property was excellent, and the staff was incredibly polite. What makes this place special is its truly central location in Uluwatu, just 5 minutes away from great shops and top-rated restaurants. However, despite being so close to everything, the property offers a quiet and serene environment, allowing me to get a great night’s sleep after a busy and fun-filled day.

My stay at the Resort JUNGLEROOM Canggu was exceptional, largely due to the incredible service from the owner. While the pool was under maintenance due to heavy rain before my arrival, the owner offered a generous solution by letting me stay for an additional night, free of charge. This level of proactive care turned a minor inconvenience into a wonderful bonus. The true highlight, however, was their support after I had checked out. I was in a panic thinking I had left my passport at the resort. The owner was not only incredibly prompt and responsive to my message but was also extremely helpful, allowing me to return to the property to search for it. Their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, even after I was no longer a guest, truly blew me away. This level of customer service is truly remarkable. I highly recommend Resort JUNGLEROOM Canggu to anyone looking for a place where the owner genuinely cares about their guests' experience.

Tegal campuhan retreat was such a special experience. The entire accommodation was just pure magic. It felt like being in the complete jungle and that so close to canggu. It was super nice to wake up in the morning with the view right on the river. I can recommend this place to any nature lover.

The room was very clean and has everything we need. There’s a water foundation inside the room, which conveniently solved the drinking water concern. The villa was beautifully embraced by plants and has a hidden stream. The pool was also regularly cleaned. We weren’t affected by the construction noise at all. The customer service was truly exceptional. We were welcomed by a big bowl of fresh fruits and two cute cats in the villa. All staff we encountered were genuinely kind and helpful. We accidentally left our valuable property in the safe box, Putu and Nicole were super responsive and generously helped us ship our stuff through international shipping back to Australia. We can’t thank them enough for their active problem solving and hospitality.

Roots Tree House is a magical place. If you’ve ever wanted to live in a treehouse, you must visit this place. The staff is really great. There was a small leak in the roof because we were there during the rainy season, so they gave us a bigger room for free. They’re really positive people who genuinely want you to enjoy your stay.

We loved staying in these villas. We stayed in villa 4. They are other villas on the same complex that are under construction so if you want a place to lay around during the day I don’t recommend them at the moment because it is very noisy. But if are out all day like us, it is not an issue because at night is silent. They start around 8/9am depending on the day. Also the road is still not paved, so it is a little bit tricky to drive around. There are some issues in the property still, you can tell there are things that need to be improved, like the electricity is not consistent so the AC has some issues that you need to reset daily and some doors have some small issues. The bed is super hard, so take that in mind. I like it, but it is not for everyone. Apart from these details, the team is great, super helpful and the house is beautiful. The kitchen works perfectly. I think overall is great for the price. Also I think it is going to get more expensive when they finish all the construction and fix these issues they are having. We paid $90 per night, I imagine they will charge more in the future.
