Really friendly, hard working and down to earth family who want to make your stay as good as possible. The location is amazing and you can truly disconnect if you'd like. You can also find a balance and enjoy being in the middle of nowhere by the sea yet have wifi to still call your family or do some work. It's the best balance. The cabins are right on the beach so we spent most of our time chilling outside on the beds watching the sea, listening to music and sometimes cooling off by going for a quick dip. It's like a little disconnected paradise.

This was a fantastic experience and stay - altogether. The attentiveness of Jason and the staff makes it feel like a 5 star hotel, whilst the location and rustic feel makes it feel like you are truly in the heart of the jungle. You fall asleep to a light breeze and the sounds of the jungle. My wife is pregnant and we were a bit worried about mosquito diseases - but Jason explained that the ridge at which the hotel is at has barely any mosquitoes because of the altitude. He also suggested a non deet mosquito spray that really works. We had 0 mosquito bites during our stay. I can’t get all the things into a review. But such a gem of a place. Thank all of you ❤️

Apresentando vista do mar em Semporna, Maglami-lami Water House apresenta acomodações e um restaurante. What a holidays I passed at maglami! I missed Maglami as soon as I left! The staff are cheerful and very friendly, available and caring for all travellers. Thank you so much for the few days I spent in your company, they were my best days in Malaysia! I'll be back to say hello every time I return to Malaysia. Thanks a lot for every maglami's members!
