If you would like to discover the area, cycling is possible in the surroundings and the lodge can arrange a car rental service. The property is beautifully located at the edge of the national park (a 10/15min walk from the village through the forest where you can already spot some animals (we saw an orang-oetang on our walk to the village). The cottages are decent and have a lovely view. Here I ate one of the best banana pancakes out of 6 weeks in Indonesia. The jungle trek they organise is very good, and Ronny and Anto are an amazing guide and cook. We would very strongly recommend them! We did the three day trek and saw loads of orang-oetangs the first day and together with Ronny we decided to go more into the jungle the second day, to see more of nature and other wildlife. Ronny listened to what we wanted to get out of our time in the jungle, adapted his program throughout the day depending on this and was very knowledgeable and open to exchange thoughts and views beyond the jungle alone. The food Anto cooked was delicious! Overall the jungle trek with Ronny and Anto has been one of the best experiences in all of Indonesia and I would recommend everyone to book it with them!

I loved the location of the jungle lodge, it was perched on a jungle hillside... truly amazing😍 I had Ian & Jeffrey as my guides & they were very informative and helpful throughout the jungle trek. Yanta was another assistant & I couldn't be happier about it... so kind & friendly :). Awesome experience! I will be back one day!

At the lodge you will find a restaurant serving Indonesian and international cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. We were treated like family at on the rocks, wawan and his team were so helpful and friendly that we instantly felt at home. I cannot recommend staying here enough. We did multiple treks with Wong and he was wonderful, so much information to share but also never even felt like he was a guide. Treks can be suited for your fitness level but you are almost guaranteed to see orangutans no matter where you go. The restaurant was also delicious.

A car rental service is available at the lodge. We had a truly wonderful stay at Frenkie’s villa in Krui. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing holiday. But what made our time extra special was the kindness and thoughtfulness of Frenkie and his wife. They surprised me with a cake and doughnuts for my birthday, which was such a heartwarming gesture and made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for. I’m so grateful for their generosity—it really made the experience unforgettable. I couldn’t recommend this villa and these amazing hosts enough. Thank you, Frenkie!

Towels and bed linen are offered in the lodge. The homestay currently consists of three one-room cabins and a small house w/ a compact kitchen. It’s located in a quiet area away from the busy main road. The owner is a very kind elementary school teacher who lives near the homestay with his family. I stayed in one of the cabins and enjoyed the cleanliness, the hot water in the shower, the excellent WiFi, the exceptional view from the back porch, and the incredible hospitality of the whole family.

A water park is available on site and fishing can be enjoyed within close proximity of the lodge. Small apartment with private bathroom and western shower. Balcony with Sea view. Only 10 meters to the Ocean (private beach). Free drinking water and hot water. It’s possible to buy coffee and small goods at the hostel. The owner is very kind. Bed is big and comfortable. Fan is enough to keep the room cool with open windows.

An à la carte breakfast is available at the lodge. Absolutely loved my stay here, I highly recommend it! The room was cozy, spacious, and had a great view over the river. I even saw an orangutan and a few monkeys from my room. The staff was incredibly friendly. The atmosphere was really chill, with some staff members even playing guitar during the day. The food was tasty and reasonnably priced. Excellent customer services!

Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the lodge, while hiking and cycling can be enjoyed nearby. the staffs are great. they are very helpful. the location is great if you like nature. there is no aircon in the room, but we sleep comfortably. don't forget the insect repellant. it's nature after all. you can't avoid insects especially moquitoes.

Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and polite. I am actually so impress with Padang's people hospitality. They are so welcoming its makes me feel so bad😅😅. The room is nice and the environment is very peaceful. The food ia good. Tea and coffee served in the cafe is sooo good I forgot to ask and buy some to take home.
