From when you walk in the door, you get a local homely sense. The food was exceptional and worthy of high praise to the chef and every piece was perfect even right down to cute stencilling on the head of a pint of Guinness. Location wise, it’s perfect for Sliabh Liag but also an ideal commuter base to the environs albeit exploring Glencolmcille Folk Village, Silver Strand or onward into Killybegs for a wander around. Rooms are fresh and new and have exactly the requirements needed for anyone who is touring around the area that wants a comfortable space to rest their heads at the end of a busy day. Honourable mention to Kathleen and Sheila who made me feel very much at home but all staff were equally very polite, helpful and friendly which all contributed to a 5 star stay.

Cosy rooms and friendly staff make for a perfect stay. The accommodations are both comfortable and charming. A highlight was the campfire, where we toasted marshmallows -accompanied by traditional music from talented local girls. It was magical. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
