We stayed with 3 people and got it for 950 on a weekend. It's a very worthy stay. But the 3rd floor, no lift. Parking is limited. You can park in the street. The location is perfect. You can easily access munnar town.

Homestay is surrounded by a spice garden with a very good view of sunset. Homestay was minimalistic but facilities were sufficient. Uncle (host) stayed nearby and was very cooperative and friendly. He gave us a tour of the spice garden and other newly built beautiful homestay on the same premise. It was a pleasant stay overall which made our Munnar trip more memorable.
