If i can give 100⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ i stay for 6 nights with my husband & kids. Mr. Chen is really super kind, so caring to his guest, super polite, super generous.. I am at a loss for words to describe how kind he is. I am really very grateful for Mr. Chen's kindness and attention. Thank you so much Mr. Chen’s we will never forget your kindness. The room and bathroom are super comfortable and clean. They are always cleaned every day. The location is super strategic because the shuttle stop is right across the street. At check in and check out, Mr. Chen will pick you up and drop you off on time. There is not a single negative thing about this place.

Such a beautiful property and rooms, staff were lovely, the owner even picked us up from the train stop and dropped us off to our next hotel! Super close to the ski lift as well. Everything perfect!

Taka is amazing and such a cool guy, he arranged alt accommodation for us when his place was booked and dropped us off, shuttled our luggage back and forth, boiled eggs for me, had nice yarns with him. His partner and daughter are also amazing so friendly and welcoming! They invited us to a tea ceremony to celebrate the spring coming which was an awesome experience and added bonus to the snowboarding for which we came! Highly, highly recommended if you're coming to Hakuba!!

Rooms are not huge but ample for a couple with lovely outlook over the garden. Breakfast is home cooked and delicious, served in a nice dining room with open fireplace nearby. The owners generously offered to serve us a home cooked meal for dinner one evening as we were having difficulty finding an open restaurant. It was delicious. Private bathrooms are small but adequate however they have a great large indoor bath/spa for guests which was so relaxing. Plenty of lovely places to visit, drives, local onsen etc and the owners have lots of local knowledge and information. Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

A 10-minute drive from Hakuba Happo-One Winter Ski Resort, Pension Tomato offers spacious Western-style rooms with a loft area. The hosts picked us up at the bus terminal and gave us all sorts of local transport info on getting to the different ski resorts. The private onset was awesome!! Bathroom across the hall but still for our private use. The room made good use of space and felt much larger. I wish they did breakfast, but otherwise it was a fantastic stay!

Toshi and his wife are excellent hosts. He drove us to/from bus terminal slopes, ski rental shops/supermarkets. He was so nice that sometimes we don't want to ask him for a ride. The kitchen is well equipped ranging from rice cooker, microwave, oven, fridge, sukiyaki pot, coffee maker, various sizes of dish and bowl, etc.

Everything, the room was perfect and warm, koki and Naomi give us excellent service..koki also cook very good dinner and bake a very niceeee bread.. the most delicious bread I ever had in my life.. his bread is a must!!
