The rooms were spotless and the ac worked perfectly. The rooms were also very big with room to make yourself at home. What we loved most was the kind host family, they were so helpful and sweet to us. Also the breakfast was amazing. My boyfriend is a big guy and he ate very well and was never hungry. Absolutely would stay here again if we ever return and would recommend staying here to my friends and family

We loved their hospitality, the owners helped us for everything and took care of us.The food served was delicious.The athmosphere was so natural.The restaurant was good, they helped us for the sightseeings and transfers ( tuk tuk or taxi)

Pool is lovely. Management is friendly and helpful. The son, Passn , was always with a wonderful smile. Very helpful and efficient in organizing transport and safari ( without pressuring you). Clean, large room. Bathroom a little cramped. Shower gel provided. Net on bathroom window is good. Wifi mostly good. Good breakfast, with choice of eggs as well as pancakes filled with coconut cream, toast, fruit, juice and coffee/tea. Last day, amazing breakfast, with string hopperd and dhal, in addition to everything else. Variety of dinner choices. Vegetable curry and kottu were delicious. Cute cocker spaniel!

I believe this guest house is ideal for people doing a Wilpattu Safari: - it is located right next to the park entrance. - it is not luxurious, but who needs a luxurious hotel if you are going to spend the entire day on safari anyway? - the AC worked great, the bed slept well and it has an ensuite shower and toilet. - they were happy to supply lunch and breakfast for the safari, and prepare dinner as well. I ate very well there. - the hostess was very kind and happy to help with questions. - if you are lucky you may already spot some animals from your window! I saw a wild peacock and monkeys. But apparently elephants also sometimes roam through nearby fields.
