Amber house is very cleaning hotel and there staff is very friendly. From the balcony nice river view 👌 breakfast is so delicious. I recommend this amazing hotel. Owner is very helpful person. They no charge water coffee and tea. They bring over the river to beach just for 2 min ride to beach. And nice river safari with many animals .

The location is by the Bentota river. The property offers a boat safari into the river that takes you through the mangroves. The pricing for the boat ride in an off season is very reasonable. The food is simple but very well made. The entire staff at Waterside Bentota was extremely hospitable and helpful.

Little old but very nice accommodation close to Bentota beach. The host is really kind and helpful. Arranged river safari for us and cooked tasty dinners-mullet fish and prawns. The breakfast was big and very tasty.

The Landlady is very kind and cares for Tourists. There is always drinking water. Common Cooking facilities and a big fridge. The rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds with good matress and mosquito nets. Very beautiful tropical garden by the Bentota River and have canoes and Boat Safaris .

Super cozy and spacious apartment on the upper floor of a house. Very good value for the price. It’s a 15 minute walk to the very beautiful beach in Bentota. It’s also just a few minutes away from the river safari. Owners were very kind and helpful. We even forgot one of our bags and they helped us arrange to have it sent to Unawatuna.

Perfect hotel experience. - spacious comfy rooms - nice terrace with the view to the river - pool (it was cleaned every day) - very friendly and helpful staff, welcomed us with fresh juice and then helped with laundry and other requests - amazing food (especially fresh fish for dinner) - river boat safari directly from hotel was additional great things we tried.

Individual villas , easy to locate , Huge rooms all essential are provided and star of villas is extremely clean and beautiful washroom ! We spent a cozy day at villas! We went for river safari which nearby properly and few good restaurants nearby Breakfast is also good!

Very beautiful and super clean villa right on the river bank. Breakfast is amazing and the owner organised a private boat safari with his friend for us which was incredible. Can‘t recommend enough!
