Located slightly outside the noisy center, you're surrounded by the jungle, and might be able to spot the giant squirrel. The room and terrace are big, comfortable, and very clean. There is a lot of attention to detail when it comes to decoration, we loved it. One of the best value for money accommodations we had in Sri Lanka. Plus Angelo is very nice and helpful! Look no further, book here, you won't be disappointed.

The view of the bridge and the jungle were absolutely stunning! It was a short walk down to the bridge if you wanted to get on the tracks which was great. The room itself was absolutely perfect. All of the amenities we could have asked for and you could tell it was very new. It was also a short tuk tuk ride into town when we wanted to do some shopping, and our host was so generous to give us a ride when we needed. The family that hosted couldn’t have been any sweeter, and we were so grateful for the time we got to spend there and the opportunity to have met them!!

The breakfast was fantastic! We even packed some food for the rest of the day. The host was lovely and helped us park and get around. Also, she was helpful with the tuk tuks. Definitely a place to come back to.

We have been there for 4 nights. Devaka and his family have been so nice and the food (breakfast & dinner) was really good. Devaka took us to a tea factory which was very interesting and also gave us a lot of helpful tips for the hikes and other stuff to do around. Room was small but had everything, also very confortable beds. The shower was also hot, what is very nice when it‘s a bit colder. The place was perfect, far away from the chaotic Ella but close enough to the train station. Thanks again to Devaka and his family. Highly recommended to stay there!!

The house is very private and has a super comfortable bed with klamboe. They made diner for us which was the best food we had! The breakfast was also way better then other places! Do not hesitate to book here, it is peaceful and just perfect :-)

The room and the balcony both were spacious and very clean. Even though the room was close to the main road it had an isolated atmosphere and a great view. The room is very close to the Little Adam’s peak and Nine Arches Brige and a 15-minute walk to the center and the way to the center is walkable. The Sri Lankan breakfast Kamal served was one of the bests I had in Sri lanka. I highly recommend this accomodation!

Located in Ohiya, surrounded by mountains in the Horton Plains Range, Hill Safari - Tea Estate Villa mainly serves Sri Lankan cuisine. We loved our stay at the Hill Safari. The views were spectacular, the staff made us feel very comfortable and welcome and the room was everything we needed. The food was also delicious and they gave us many new year treats to try. They recommended some great walking routes, talking you through the route with a hand drawn map!
