I really enjoyed the smell and quality of linen and towels. And they do have hot water showers now (which we didn’t expect due to the reviews)

Wadula Safari was amazing. We were greeted by the friendliest staff, taken for a walk around the jungle (where we saw monkeys, all kinds of birds, and lizards), and then served a delicious dinner. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable with amenities like coffee, tea, powerful AC and a modern bathroom. They also arranged a wonderful safari with a guide, and helped us speak with and find our taxi driver.

The room, the amazing view (peacocks next to the room), the staff, and also the restaurant was awesome. The owner made sure that everything was right for us, and was very accommodating. Very nicely designed property with excellent management. Beautiful open space and garden views from every spot especially the dining pavillion where the food is exceptional. Everything was perfect including the AC which was only needed during the daytime heat. Special thanks to Hadley for the sincere personal attention from beginning to end.

The property was very clean and colourful and was in a great location. It was near to 4 national parks and next to the beach. The property was very natural and a perfect place to relax after a few days travelling around Sri Lanka.

Couldn’t speak strong English but always went above and beyond to make my partner and I feel welcome and comfortable. Sad to leave this place

The property is a peaceful and unique set up in the most wonderful and quiet place. Our room was spacious with mosquito nets and the facilities such as the toilets and shower were super clean. The host was so welcoming and kind to us throughout the whole trip, making sure he we had everything we needed from tuk-tuks, food and the times of local buses. Me and my friend were bewildered by his kindness and efficiency, a very hard worker who made the experience complete and unforgettable. Thank you so much, we’ll be back!

The swimming pool is great when coming back from a safari. The safari which was actually organised by elephant arcade was excellent, comfortable cars and very good packed breakfast and lunch. The restaurant is really good as well. Amazing staff! I totally recommend this place!
