Perfect, quiet location in the jungle, blending with nature - surrounded by monkeys, birds, squirrels. Perfect place for a peaceful family vacation. The villas were very clean, spacious. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Very pleasant. 10/10 stars. The staff also helped to organize transportation rental, both scooters and cars. Recommended places worth visiting. Thank you! Ambong Rainforest Retreat offers an adult-only getaway amidst tropical surroundings. Located on a steep hill within the rainforest, rooms are only accessible via long staircases. The room and location was relaxing and beautiful. The staff were very attentive and friendly, a very personalised service. The pool is beautiful, the two restaurants were lovely. Catch sunset at the Rimbo restaurant above the pool villas, it is unforgettable. Breakfast options were lovely.

Honestly, the staff at this hotel were super friendly and chill – made the whole stay feel easy and comfortable. What really surprised me though was the beach! I didn’t expect Tanjung Rhu to be that beautiful. The water was so clear and the beach was peaceful, almost felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Such a great spot!

Serenely situated in the middle of the rice fields, this place offers an amazing view and a peaceful atmosphere you can't imagine. Not many places can offer you beautiful sunrise and sunset on the same spot, yet this place does 🥰 Also, as it's in the centre of Langkawi, you can easily get anywhere else on the island with a motorbike (a better way to discover and enjoy Langkawi in our experience). Well-equipped facilitiy + super helpful staff / owner brought us even more enjoyable stay. We absolutely recommend this place.
