The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Very pleasant. 10/10 stars. The staff also helped to organize transportation rental, both scooters and cars. Recommended places worth visiting. Thank you! Ambong Rainforest Retreat offers an adult-only getaway amidst tropical surroundings. Located on a steep hill within the rainforest, rooms are only accessible via long staircases. The very very attentive and friendly staff helped us to have a wonderful stay in this beautiful house we had. Although with the stairs to climb you need to have a good phsycial condition the first house at the right was the best We were impressed by the loving help we received also when there were wifi problems because we had to work . And the veggie restaurant is just unbelievable. My family appreciated veggie very much after these lunches and breakfast new style.

The view, the space, the bed, architecture, the facilities were all there for us to use and enjoy. This was truly home away from home, actually, it was better. You are woken up by the birds chirping in the morning. Amazingly, the pool was super warm both day and night. We stayed in the pool until 10.30pm and it was warm the entire time. The view was AMAZING! We were there when the paddy was young and green and it provided an amazing backdrop while we swam, one can not look away. En. Niezam provided us with breakfast in the morning (upon request), and it was delish. I think of all the stays I've been at in Langkawi, and this is probably the 101th trip, this was the best place I've stayed at. So good we refused to leave early on the day we depart and extended another half day. En. Niezam was very helpful and polite and was easy to communicate with in person and Whatsapp. He attended to our needs the whole time we were there. Thank you En. Niezam!
