Very nice stay in Svolvaer, beautiful place on an island full of lovely red wooden houses and one of them just for us :-) Well equiped, nice comfortable bed, kitchen, everything what we needed. Little bit more far away from the city centre, shops and hiking trails if you do not have a car, but it was a pleasant walk for us as the whole area is extremely nice and we had also good luck for weather.
Excellent lodging with good pricing. Worked like a charm as our base of operations, during the day we hiked at western parts of Lofoten like Å and Fredvang which were relatively close so we also had chance to eat, refill water and head to close by mountains
Aurora sighting is just outside the lodge
I loved the project of renovation of these old fishermen's huts. The lodges are super well designed and have a stunning view to the internal pond. The restaurant is for fine ding and allows you to taste some Scandinavian dishes and local delicacy. Every lodge has a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals and breakfast. The small behind the lodges allows you to do some northern lights hunting in the right time of the year.
Fabulous each side location in comfortable and well equipped chalet. Ramberg is a stunning location and the lodges are right next to a perfect white sand beach that is a beautiful evening and morning walk. This was a great place to stay and one of our favourites in two weeks in the Lofoten Islands. We were in Lodge 2 right next to the beach access. Lovely balconies too to enjoy the view.
Fantastic location. small lodges with stunning views and modern furnishings. Self check in very well organised. We stayed on March 23rd and right above us the sky was filled with a fantastic aurora borelae! All perfect!
they had charming, renovated historic cottages as well as newly constructed mountain lodges to choose from
