Warren and Carol greeted us warmly upon our arrival, delivered delicious breakfasts each morning, restocked our supplied throughout the stay, and provided excellent recommendations. We cannot recommend this enough!

The hostel is clean, cozy, and has a great atmosphere. Brad was always friendly. The location is very convenient, and the common areas are perfect for relaxing and meeting people. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I felt very comfortable in your accommodation; everything was new and perfectly prepared. The large glass front overlooking the pasture and the mountain range was the most beautiful feature. It’s 5 minutes to Waihi town and to Gold Discovery Center, less than 15 minutes to Karangahake Gorge, to Hauraki Heritage Train, to Waihi Beach, and Bowentown. Hobiton and the route to the Coromandel Peninsula are less than an hour's drive away. Next time I’d stay more days.

All of the furniture was comfortable, the lighting was soft, the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The breakfast was so fresh and nourishing and in such a beautiful, spacious dining area. We had a very peaceful and relaxing time here.

Set on 1.5 acres of tropical gardens, lawns and native trees, Tatahi Lodge is located in the lovely seaside village of Hahei. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV and outdoor furniture. The place was very well located, and it was so beautiful, I would recommend to stay here
