When we arrived at Milford Sound Lodge, we were informed that the road would be closed the following day. Unfortunately we could not stay but the staff member, Gillian, immediately confirmed we could cancel without any penalties. The money was refunded promptly. We were disappointed we couldn’t stay as the lodges looked fab but with the amazing customer service we received, I have no doubt it would have been a wonderful stay.

Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. This property is outstanding. Fabulous hosts and food. Awesome ocean view. Meticulously clean.
