All of the amenities were new or great condition. The bedroom had all we needed and the shared bathroom spaces were modern and very clean.

A lovely place to stay. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a great hostess Clare. She showed us where to go, loaned us spades for Hot Water Beach and was incredibly welcoming. The hot tub and pool were an absolute bonus and we were even provided with beach towels and robes. We also appreciated the fruit, milk and cereal that were left for us. A 10 out of 10 stay for us.

I felt very comfortable in your accommodation; everything was new and perfectly prepared. The large glass front overlooking the pasture and the mountain range was the most beautiful feature. It’s 5 minutes to Waihi town and to Gold Discovery Center, less than 15 minutes to Karangahake Gorge, to Hauraki Heritage Train, to Waihi Beach, and Bowentown. Hobiton and the route to the Coromandel Peninsula are less than an hour's drive away. Next time I’d stay more days.

Calm surroundings with possibility to see Highland cattle, rabbits, etc. Waking up to Tui birds singing. Clean facilities all around. Great conversations with Max, who is super knowledgeable and can answer most of your questions about NZ and the surrounding area. Delicious breakfast options. Loved the fact that there is no internet reception, just being present in the moment.

Contando con vistas al jardín, Cone Hill Farmstay - with bush and river walks - 80 sqm self contained cuenta con hospedaje con una terraza y patio, y se ubica aproximadamente a 30 km de Hamilton... ‘Do it yourself’ breakfast was just right! Everything we needed.. The trails on the farm, including a beautiful river path, were a real bonus!
