Warren and Carol greeted us warmly upon our arrival, delivered delicious breakfasts each morning, restocked our supplied throughout the stay, and provided excellent recommendations. Alli and Glynn have done an amazing job in making this place into such a beautiful accommodation. There is so much detail into making the hares nest as comfortable as possible. As soon as our little one walked through the door he was so excited that a bear was reading a book in ‘his bed’. We ordered the platter, I can highly suggest doing so, everything was super yummy. Alli went all out making cookies, bread, jam, chutney and more we would definitely rate hares nest a 10/10. Thanks again for having us.

Thé excellent lake views, drew us to the verandahs each night to enjoy the sunsets, starry skies and a beverage or two - even my grandson joined us for the moments of enjoying nature with hot chocolate - The lodge is very well designed and catered to our large group four queen rooms one twin share three toilet/showers large dining lounge area and well catered kitchen and laundry. Would definitely come back. Helen and Steven are wonderful hosts and offered us foods for breakfast - very thoughtful. Various points of interest - the sculptures and night lighting in the gardens, alpacas and family dogs, the veggie garden which Helen offered some food from . Thank you
