What a nice surprise to stay here for a night, I wish I would have known what a paradise it was, I would definitely have extended the stay. It was so peaceful and Reynaldo and Nathali were amazing hosts, the food amazing and cheap, and the bedroom and common areas living up to my expectations for the price I paid. Reynaldo even took his time to show me the river all the way down in the canyon and was always caring, kind and respectful in the communication. I will come back!!

We had the best time at this hotel and recommend it to everyone. The owners, Walter and Pepita, and all their staff are so lovely, helpful, and their food is delicious. Also, there are alpacas, sheep and puppies on the property that are friendly. The view from the rooms and the restaurant are incredible and it's right next to the Condor Cross viewpoint. You can see as many condors here as at the viewpoint, but could also walk or drive to the viewpoint to get a closer look. And most importantly - the owners were so helpful and kind; anything you needed they found a way. We watched as they pointed out condors, fixed one guest's broken trekking backpack, and when we had car issues he coordinated someone nearby to help.

Wonderful place, super friendly staff that makes sure you are being taken care of, and the view from our room was just breathtaking. They take outstanding care of the property, too, growing variety of flowers, and everything is spotless clean. Their Quinoa restaurant serves the best meals we ve tasted during our three week trip. Llahuar Lodge is located along the trekking circuit of the Colca Canyon in Arequipa, approximately a 5-hour walk from the town of Cabanaconde, right at the union of the Colca and Huaruro rivers. Location and how cool it was to have a hot spring next to the river. The staff was very sweet, the mother hugged us as we left it was so cute.

Surrounded by greenery and hills at the bottom of the Sangelle Valley and offering an outdoor pool and free breakfast, Oasis Paraiso Ecolodge is located in Cabanaconde. Very open and clean! The pool was really nice if you dare to jump in that is 🥶. The receptionist, Pablo, is super friendly and a great time to hang out with while watching football! The beds were really comfy and cozy with thick blankets to keep you warm at night.
